Erin and Mike McCool's vision was to create a place where high-quality "slow" food met speed and convenience. To achieve this dream, they called upon planBgroup to achieve this reality.
Beginning with the construction of building massing and the design of striking exterior finishes, we created an iconic free-standing prototype to house the brand. Interior design and a myriad of artistic details resulted in the perfect marriage of character and whimsy in a concept built for speed.
