A REFINED KITCHEN & CATERER

Hunter Pond, the founder of East Hampton Sandwich Co. realized early in his academic tenure that law was not for him. Instead, he found passion and enthusiasm in reading about successful business models and concepts.

When Hunter contacted planBgroup he had a clear idea in regards to what he wanted to accomplish; an elevated sandwich restaurant. Thus, we quite literally landed on the East Hampton area of Long Island to serve as the platform for this design approach. Only a couple of years after the first established restaurant at the prestigious Snider Plaza, Hunter has finished building his third location and we, as planBgroup, are working on designing the fourth.
